Direction to Use:

Simply Add a couple drops to any Aromatherapy Diffuser (Steam or Reed) and Fill your Entire Room with that soothing scent. Blend 2 to 3 drops of this oil in 6 to 8 drops of any carrier oil and massage gently on the scalp or hair. Can apply a diluted form of Palmarosa oil on the neck, temples, etc… before going to bed for sound sleep.
